 Dan and Debbie Hannum
Pastor Dan Hannum with his wife Debbie exercise a servant style of leadership, leading by example and striving for balance, excellence, and spiritual sensitivity in ministry. Pastor Dan is a graduate of North Central Bible College of the Assemblies of God and over the course of fifteen years has served on the Pastoral Staff of churches in Kansas, Colorado, and Nevada. Before feeling the call and direction of God to plant Crosswinds Community Church in June of 2001, Pastor Hannum with his wife Debbie ministered on the staff of an Assembly of God Church in Las Vegas.

Youth, Children's, and Worship Pastors
 Jared and Jessica Englerth
Jessica and Jared Englerth, are both graduates of Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX and have a special anointing on their lives to minister to children and youth. They bring to the Church Staff a unique combination of warmth in personality, experience in child care, anointing in worship, and sincerity in ministry. Crosswinds Community Church is blessed to have these two on staff as the church continues its ministry to the families of Las Vegas.
